Understand The Difference Between Defeat And Failure

Many people have failed in life. In fact, it’s quite normal to have a lot of defeats in a single day. You might spill coffee on your shirt or your car may not start, as these are both defeats. However, it’s important that you never let defeat turn into failure. Unlike defeat, which you can come back from, failure means that you’ve given up completely and admit that you can’t do it. The thing with motivation is that you have to believe that you can do it. And if you believe just that, then you’ll be surprised the differences that it makes in your life.

Finally, consider rewarding yourself for your efforts. All work and no play is not always the best way to go about things, so be sure to take the time and recoup from your efforts once you find the motivation to accomplish all that you’ve set out to.
